How to pay
Confirm your amount
Check the trip cost, the batch date and the payment split with your trip captain on WhatsApp or over a call. Never pay before that is confirmed in writing.
Transfer the advance
Pay by UPI, IMPS or NEFT to the account on this page. Use your name and the trip name as the payment reference so it is easy to match.
Send us the receipt
Share the screenshot or UTR number on WhatsApp. We reconcile it against your booking the same day.
Get your confirmation
You receive a written confirmation with the final day-by-day plan, joining instructions and your captain's number.
Payment schedule
- ✓25% of the trip cost confirms your seat. The balance is due 15 days before departure.
- ✓Bookings made within 15 days of departure are payable in full.
- ✓5% GST applies on the total trip cost and is collected with the final payment.
- ✓Flights, visas and anything listed under exclusions are billed separately.

- !Always confirm the payable amount with your trip captain before paying, and pay only to the account shown on this page.
- !ThrillHikers will never ask for your card PIN, OTP, net-banking password or a remote-access app.
