2. Booking and Payments

2.1 Inquiry Process

• Submitting an inquiry form does not guarantee booking confirmation.
• Our sales team will contact you to finalize details and availability.

2.2 Payment Terms

• Full or partial payment is required to confirm bookings, as specified by our team.
• Accepted payment methods: UPI, bank transfer, credit/debit cards.
• Third-party payment processors handle transactions. ThrillHikers Travel is not liable for errors or delays caused by these processors.

2.3 Price Changes

• Prices are subject to change due to fluctuations in exchange rates, taxes, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Final pricing will be confirmed before payment.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

3.1 Cancellation by You

• No refund for the initial booking amount. For any cancellation, no refund will be made in respect of the initial booking amount.
• If you cancel your trip less than 30 days before the start date, you will be charged 50% of the trip cost as cancellation fees.
• If you cancel your trip within 15–30 days before the trip's start date, you will be charged 75% of the trip cost as cancellation fees.
• If you cancel your trip within 0–15 days before the trip's start date, you will be charged 100% of the trip cost as cancellation fees.
• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@thrillhikers.com.
• Refunds, where applicable, are processed within 15 business days after deducting cancellation fees.

3.2 Cancellation by Us

• We reserve the right to cancel trips due to unforeseen circumstances (for example natural disasters or political unrest).
• In such cases you will receive an option to reschedule your trip. However, no refund will be provided in such cases.

3.3 Unforeseen Circumstances

• In the case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be cancelled.
• The operator will try their best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However, no refund will be provided in such cases.

4. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information during inquiries and bookings.
• Ensure you meet all travel requirements (for example visas, vaccinations, health advisories).
• Adhere to local laws and cultural norms during your trip.

5. Limitation of Liability

ThrillHikers Travel is not liable for:

• Injuries, losses, or damages during travel.
• Delays, cancellations, or changes caused by third parties (for example airlines, hotels).
• Errors in website content (for example incorrect pricing or itinerary details).

You are responsible for obtaining travel insurance to cover unforeseen risks.

6. Intellectual Property

• All content on this website — text, images, logos and itineraries — is owned by ThrillHikers Travel and protected by copyright laws.
• Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

7. Governing Law and Disputes

• These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
• Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Haryana, India.

8. Amendments

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
