Fly into Leh, acclimatise properly — we insist — then sweep across Khardung La into Nubra valley, sleep in dune camps, push on to Turtuk near the LOC, and finish at Pangong Tso where the lake changes colour by the hour. Curated stays, careful pacing, zero altitude heroics.
